My name is Frank Davis and I’m the owner of Advantage Carpet Care. I am a trained/certified technician by the IICRC. The IICRC sets the standards for the entire industry. I’ve been in the cleaning and restoration business for 35 years. I started my career in 1994 working for Sears Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning in Sacramento, CA. After a few years, I returned home to Richmond, Ca. and started Advantage Carpet Care in 1999 with one goal in mind, customer satisfaction. After being an employee and now an owner, I want my customers to experience the difference. Focussing on the needs of our clients either residential or commercial. Staying updated and trained with the latest chemistry, tool and techniques Striving to give the Best Quality and Personalized Service and knowing that repeat clients will be the goal. My dog became really sick and unfortunately my carpets suffered some serious stains. I was referred to Advantage Carpet Care and they did a phenomenal job! They were also very quick to respond and came the next day! Lots of other companies weren't going to make it out until the next week and that just wasn't an option. Frank was very professional, no fuss and got straight to the job, and the stains completely came out! Would definitely give 5 stars and recommend to anyone.

This is the second time I've used Advantage Carpet Care for my carpets and I'm very pleased. Frank takes the time to discuss each of my myriad stains in advance and treats them accordingly. My carpets always look gorgeous when he's done. He's also trustworthy, the first time I was gone so he locked up for me after he left. I highly recommend his services!
